Service · Ops Autopilot

The parts of your business still done by hand, done by agents.

Not a chatbot in the corner of your website. Agents wired into the tools you already run, doing the intake, the quoting, the scheduling, the invoicing, and the chasing, with a human approval step wherever the money is.

Overview

Every business runs on a handful of tasks that a competent person does the same way every time: retyping a lead into the CRM, building a quote from a price sheet, sending the third invoice reminder, reconciling a spreadsheet against an inbox. Those are not jobs, they are drag. Ops Autopilot puts agents on them, connected to your real systems with real permissions, and stops for your approval wherever a mistake would cost money. We start with the one task that wastes the most hours, prove it in production, then expand.

Process

How we work.

No mystery. You know what happens and when.

01

Time audit

Two weeks of watching where hours go. We come back with a ranked list of tasks by hours wasted and by how safely they can be automated.

02

Automate one thing completely

We pick the highest-value task and take it all the way to production, including the edge cases. One finished workflow beats five half-built ones.

03

Run it beside a human

For the first weeks the agent proposes and a person approves. You watch the approvals stack up correct before you loosen the leash.

04

Expand the surface

Each month we take on the next task in the list. The audit log tells us where the agent hesitates, and that is where the next fix goes.

Frequently asked

Ops Autopilot FAQ

Will an agent email my customers something wrong?

Not without a person seeing it first, unless you decide otherwise later. Everything outbound starts behind an approval gate. We loosen those gates one at a time, only after the approvals have been correct for weeks.

Do you need to replace my software?

No. We connect to what you already use. Replacing your CRM to enable automation is how a two-week project becomes a six-month one, and it is almost never necessary.

What about my data?

It stays in your systems and your accounts. We use enterprise API tiers with no training on your data, scope credentials to only what a workflow needs, and log every access so you can audit it.

What if the model gets it wrong?

It will, occasionally, which is why every workflow has a confidence threshold and an escalation path. When the agent is unsure it stops and asks a human instead of guessing. Those moments are the input to the next round of tuning.

How do you price the ongoing part?

Flat monthly, based on how many workflows we are running and maintaining. We do not bill per task or per token, because that punishes you for using the thing you paid us to build.
