At your configured report time, Activity stops tracking and saves a report on your Mac. The dashboard and menu bar make it easy to open. Earlier days stay in your report history.
Each HTML report includes its app icons, so it opens without fetching images from the internet. CSV export gives you the underlying timeline to work with.

Activity records foreground app usage and interaction counts. Window and browser page titles are optional. It does not capture screenshots, typed text, or page contents, and it does not upload activity history.
Pause tracking, exclude an app, export a day, or delete your history and saved reports. History is retained locally for 30 days. A visible menu-bar indicator shows when tracking is on.
App timing works without extra permissions. Window titles and global key counts need Accessibility access for Activity; protected input may not be observed.
Time is estimated from one-second samples and app switches. Sleep, locked screens, paused periods, excluded apps, and detected Relay automation are omitted from active time. Activity must be running to observe usage; a schedule can launch it, but gaps cannot be reconstructed.
