Service · Lead Engine

Ads are the cheap part. The engine behind them is what pays.

Most agencies hand you a campaign and a dashboard. We build the whole loop: the offer, the creative, the page it lands on, the tracking that proves it, and the follow-up that turns a click into a booked job.

Overview

A campaign is not a lead engine. Spend only works when the offer is sharp, the page matches the ad, the phone gets answered, and the leads that do not close get followed up on. We build and run all five parts as one system, and we report on the only number that matters: what a booked job costs you. If the math does not work, we say so and change the offer instead of quietly raising the budget.

Process

How we work.

No mystery. You know what happens and when.

01

Find where the money leaks

Before a dollar goes to ads we audit the offer, the pages, the phone, and the follow-up. Spending into a leaky funnel is the fastest way to conclude that ads do not work.

02

Build the engine

Offer, creative, landing pages, tracking, and follow-up sequences all get built together so they say the same thing and report to the same place.

03

Launch small and prove it

We start at a budget where a bad week is survivable, find the winning angle, and only then scale spend behind what already converts.

04

Iterate on cost per job

Every month: new creative, dead audiences cut, page copy revised, follow-up tuned. The target is not cheaper clicks, it is a lower cost per booked job.

Frequently asked

Lead Engine FAQ

Is ad spend included in that price?

No. Management is a flat monthly fee and you pay the platforms directly, so you keep ownership of the ad accounts and can see every dollar. We will tell you the minimum spend worth starting at for your market before you commit.

How fast will I see leads?

Usually within the first two weeks of launch. Whether those leads are profitable takes about 60 days to know honestly, because that is how long it takes to separate a good week from a real pattern.

What if my market is too small for ads?

Then we will tell you during the audit and point you at Found First instead. Some markets are won with maps and reviews, not spend, and we would rather say that up front than take a retainer for a year.

Who owns the accounts and the creative?

You do, all of it. Ad accounts, pixels, landing pages, and creative files stay in your name. If we part ways you keep the engine running.

Do I need Front Desk for this to work?

You need something answering the phone. Plenty of clients handle it themselves and do fine. But if you already miss calls, paid ads will just make you miss more expensive ones.
