Juracich Studio Terms of Service

By creating an account, starting a trial, connecting an integration, or using Juracich Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Juracich Studio provides tools for managing leads, clients, projects, invoices, tasks, communications, recordings, files, and related workflow data. You are responsible for your workspace, your users, your content, and your compliance with applicable laws.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or workspace. We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

Paid plans, trials, renewal terms, and pricing are shown at signup or in the dashboard. Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the content and data you add to Juracich Studio. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you.

When you connect Google or another third-party service, you authorize Juracich Studio to access and use that service as needed to provide the connected features. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect integrations from the dashboard or revoke access through the third-party provider.

You may not use Juracich Studio to violate laws, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape or resell the service, or interfere with other users.

Some Studio features may use AI or automation to draft messages, summarize recordings, parse documents, suggest follow-ups, or perform similar tasks. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to third parties.

We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Juracich Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juracich will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
