Juracich Studio Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Juracich Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the service.

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, workspace name, login details, subscription status, and basic settings. We also store Studio content you add to the product, including leads, clients, projects, tasks, invoices, notes, comments, uploaded files, recordings, transcripts, and activity history.

If you connect third-party services, we collect the information needed to operate those integrations. For example, Stripe handles payment processing and Google may provide account, Gmail, or Calendar data after you grant permission.

Google User Data

If you connect your Google account, Juracich Studio uses Google OAuth to request access only to the scopes needed for Studio features. Current Google integrations may include your Google account email, calendar event access for scheduling meetings, and Gmail read-only access for mirroring relevant message threads into your workspace.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features you request, such as connecting your Google account, scheduling Google Calendar or Google Meet events, syncing relevant Gmail conversations to leads and clients, and showing integration status in your dashboard.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless it is necessary for security, support requested by you, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or protect the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Juracich Studio, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, provide dashboards and reports, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, provide support, protect against abuse, debug issues, and improve product reliability.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, payments, file storage, analytics, AI processing, authentication, and integrations. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to Juracich Studio.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting us. You can disconnect Google from Juracich Studio in your integration settings, which removes stored Google connection data and synced Gmail data from the workspace.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use strong passwords, protect your devices, and limit access to your workspace.

Your Choices

You can update account and workspace information in the dashboard, disconnect integrations, revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page, or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
