Overview
Most small businesses lose more money to the phone than to anything else they can name. A call comes in while you are under a truck or on a roof, it goes to voicemail, and the caller dials the next result. Front Desk picks up instead. It answers in a natural voice, asks the questions you would ask, quotes from your actual price list, checks your actual calendar, and books the job. If it cannot close, it captures the lead and keeps texting until you get an answer either way. Every conversation lands in one thread you can read, correct, and take over at any moment.

Technologies we use.
Process
How we work.
No mystery. You know what happens and when.
We listen to your phone
You send us a week of real calls, your price list, and the five questions you always ask. We write the script from how you already talk, not from a template.
Wire it to your calendar
We connect your booking calendar, set your service area, buffers, and hours, and define exactly which jobs the desk can book on its own and which get escalated to you.
Shadow week
The desk runs alongside you first, answering only overflow and after-hours calls. You read every transcript and tell us what it got wrong. We fix it before it takes the main line.
Take the line, then tune
It picks up first, every time. Each month we review the calls that did not book and change the script, the offer, or the routing until they do.
Monthly plans
Ongoing support options.
If you want more than a one-time setup, we also offer monthly plans to keep things moving and performance improving.

Frequently asked
Front Desk FAQ
Will callers know it is not a person?
Some will, some will not, and we do not pretend otherwise. The desk introduces itself as your business, answers in under a second, and hands off to you the moment someone asks for a human. In practice people care far more about being answered at 7pm than about who answered.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. We forward your existing number, so your trucks, signs, and Google listing all stay correct. You can point only after-hours calls at it if you want to start small.
What happens when it does not know something?
It says so, takes the details, and escalates to you by text with the full context. It is built to never invent a price, a date, or a policy. Every gap we see in a transcript becomes a scripted answer the following week.
Is this billed per minute like an answering service?
No. It is a flat monthly price, which is the whole point. A busy month should not cost you more than a slow one, and you should never hesitate to send it more calls.
Can it take payments or deposits?
On the Full Desk plan, yes. It can send a payment link mid-conversation and confirm the deposit before it books the slot, which cuts no-shows sharply.
