FAQ
What does the free trial include?+
All features. No card required to start. You get 7 days to try every part of the dashboard — leads, invoicing, projects, voice assistant, client portal. After the trial, you subscribe for $29/mo to keep going.
How does payment routing work?+
Customer payments go straight to your bank — they never touch our accounts. You connect a payment processor once during setup (a couple of minutes), then accept card and ACH on invoices at standard industry rates. Our $29/mo covers the dashboard; processor fees are separate and standard.
Does it actually understand voice commands?+
Yes. The voice assistant uses the same tool catalog as the buttons in the UI — so anything you can click, you can say. It also reads what's on your screen, so 'this lead' resolves correctly without you naming them.
Can my whole team use it?+
The Starter plan ($29/mo) is built for solo sellers and very small teams. For multi-seat workspaces with role permissions and onboarding help, the Team plan exists — reach out at isaac@juracich.com.
What if I'm coming from spreadsheets?+
Bulk import lives in the dashboard. Upload your CSV/JSON/TXT file with leads, the AI parses your columns, you review the mapping, and it imports in one click. (Coming soon — currently the fastest path is the Chrome extension or pasting a few at a time.)
Where's my data?+
Yours. Isolated to your workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on US-based enterprise cloud infrastructure. We never sell it, train models on it, or hand it to third parties. Export everything to CSV from settings whenever you want — and if you delete your workspace, we wipe it within 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal we link from your billing page. Cancel and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Does it work on mobile?+
The dashboard is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. Voice capture works on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. A native iOS app is on the roadmap.
Can I use it from Claude, Cursor, or other AI tools?+
Yes. Juracich Studio ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
