Questions about your license, download, install or purchase. A person reads every message.
I lost my license key.
Search your email for “Your Juracich Lattice license”. It was sent to the address you used at checkout. If you can't find it, send us that address below and we'll resend it.
How do I move Lattice to another computer?
A license covers one computer at a time. On the old computer, open Settings → License and choose Deactivate, then paste the same key into Lattice on the new computer. If the old computer is gone, contact us and we'll free the license.
Lattice says my license is already active on another computer.
The key is still active on a different computer. Deactivate it there, or contact us with the key and we'll reset it for you.
Which Mac do I download for?
Apple menu → About This Mac. If the chip says Apple M1 or later, download Apple Silicon; if it says Intel, download Intel. Lattice requires macOS 14 or later.
Why did I get an email about activation?
We email you whenever your license is activated on a computer or deactivated, so you always know where it's in use. If you didn't make the change, contact us.
Windows beta · v0.2.0
Install Lattice on Windows
Download the x64 installer for an Intel or AMD PC, run it, then open Lattice. Your license key goes in the Activate Lattice screen. Windows on ARM is not currently a supported download.
This beta is unsigned, so Windows may show a publisher or SmartScreen warning. Installation, launch, local runtimes, usage reporting, license rejection and uninstall have passed testing. Full licensed workspace workflows are still being verified.
What is still limited?
Unattended goal runs, paired Claude/Codex research, discovery of externally running CLIs, selected-text quick actions and the Mac Activity feed are not available in the Windows beta. These limits do not apply to the Mac download.
