Working with Isaac Juracich on a technology project

My work at Juracich covers web applications, mobile products, AI integrations, and internal business systems. That range is useful when a project crosses several areas. It also makes a clear starting point essential: which person needs to do which thing more effectively?

Start with the person using the product

A project brief does not need to begin with a technology stack. Describe the intended user and a specific situation. For example, a coordinator needs to see which leads require follow-up, or a learner needs to return to material from a previous session.

Include what happens today and where the process breaks down. A short recording, a sample form, or an anonymized example record can explain more than a long feature list. Avoid sharing private customer information when a representative example will do.

Map the existing systems

List the services the product must connect to and identify where the important records live. An existing website, payment service, content platform, or CRM changes the shape of the work. The goal is to understand the boundaries before deciding which parts need custom software.

My full-stack work includes connecting interfaces and business data, while my mobile experience covers bringing services into a device-specific product experience.

Define a first version that can be reviewed

A useful first version completes a meaningful workflow. That means more than the successful screen: it includes the empty state, the information a user needs to supply, and the next step if something fails.

For an AI feature, also define the assistant’s role. Is it producing a draft, answering from a known source, or proposing an action? Specify what the user reviews and what the system is allowed to change. My Path and Anvil essay explores this distinction through two developer tools.

Make the outcome inspectable

Agree on the behavior that will demonstrate the project works. That might be a complete mobile session, a record moving through an approval process, or an integration recovering from a failed request. A concrete demonstration gives both the builder and the client something useful to evaluate.
